Each sculpture is carefully prepared for shipment using a professional art logistics provider. All works are transported in foam-injected cartons or equivalent protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transit. We only work with a reputable art shipping company, and clients will be placed in direct contact with the shipper to coordinate delivery and scheduling.

• Sales tax is collected on orders shipped within California.
• Orders to other U.S. states are not charged California sales tax.
• International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees in their country.
• Sculptures are declared as original artworks (HS Code 9703.00), which often reduces or exempts customs duties, though local taxes may still apply.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. All artwork and bronze sculptures are created with care and inspected before shipping. Returns are accepted at the discretion of the artist. If you wish to return a piece, please contact us to discuss the reason for the return and next steps. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
